3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Faint aroma of spice, yeast, and apples. Pours a clear straw like yellow, with a huge fluffy white head that keeps growing. Visible carbonation in the glass. Nice crisp flavor, touch of spice and a bit of noble hops. Light on the palate, with the carbonation clearing the palate quickly. This was one of my first beers that introduced me to the better things out there.

Bue à de nombreuses reprises. Très bonne bière belge. A peine d’agrume et d’amertume. On sent bien les houblons au nez. Corpulente sans sentir trop l’alcool. Une valeur sûre !

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Beautiful pour of dark gold with a huge, billowing white head that leaves fat lacing. Aroma of lemon, hay, sweet malt, and nutty yeast. Very refreshing flavor, with the right amount of hop bitterness. This is a very clean beer, with a light body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, and long, mellow finish. The alcohol is well hidden. I would highly recommend this Belgian tripel.

0,33L bottle, BB 10.09.2016. Pours hazy golden with nice white head. The head stays. Aroma is rather weak, fruits, yeasty, and sour. Taste: is sweet, fruity, sour, yeast, slight bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden. Overall: goes down rather well for high ABV beer, but not really great.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A greenish gold pour with a slight haze and a 2.5 inch foamy white head. Fruity apple aroma from a foot away. Upon a closer sniff, it’s bready, yeasty and danky sweet. The mouthfeel is full and foamy and tastes like earthy malt, straw and yeast. The head lasts long and I finish the beer before its gone. I like this beer because its good and an actual BPA from Belgium. Haha, good and actual. (I need to quit). I thought BPAs where a made up American hybrid for the longest time. The finish is tingly and tastes of fruit and yeast.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright golden body, lots of carbonation, and a ton of foamy head. Fruit and citrus nose; raisins, a little bit of coriander. The flavor is bright and crisp, lots of fizz, and the malt gets big at the swallow. Only a hint of booziness gives away the ABV. A clean Belgian that would pair well with probably just about anything.
