Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Bottled at Pothuiske in Mestreech. Color is gold, but not transparent, with thick off-white head. Citrus nose. Aroma has citric with hops and yeast with something on the side I can’t define. Very pleasant, nice tripel.

Flaske. Strågul uklar med udmærket skum. Klassisk trippel duft, med frugtig gær som den dominerende faktor. Karboneringen er rigtig god hvilket gør øllen frisk, mundfylden er ellers lidt tynd. Det er også en relativ svag trippel.

Bottle. Straw yellow colour, big white head. Aroma of malts, hops and sour apples. Flavour is malty sweet, fruity with a slightly bitter finish. Quite a lot of carbonation. Nice beer.

750 ml bottle. Poured a pretty gold color with a nice fluffy head that lasted a while. Candy, citrus and a hint of spice and banana in the aroma. Complex flavors of citrus, candy sugar, spice and malt with just enough bitterness to give it some balance. Good mouthfeel. Another easy drinking tripel. Very good.

Very smooth, despite a highly carbonated nature. Fruity and wondewrful on the palate. Not up there with the Corsendonk Brown Ale, in my opinion, but a very nice beer.

This was a very surprising beer. Not because i didnt think it was going to be good or anything i was just impressed by how smooth it was for a tripel. The pale ale moniker holds true and it an excellent beer.

Bottle-Memphis. VERY deep stable head with sweet fruit, maybe grapes and pear, in the nose along with the spicy hops. Very carbonated. VERY drinkable. Wo baby, this one was a snake in the grass.

Part of a mixed pack with the Pater. Yeasty aroma with a huge white head. Flavor was fruity, maybe bananas. Good carbonation.
