250 ml bottle. From Turnhout, Belgium. Hazy pale yellow colour with huge fluffy off-white head. Fruits, cloves, wheat, yeast and sausage (lenkkimakkara) in aroma. Sour green apples in flavour which turns somewhat sweeter. Spices and cloves too. Not bad but I prefer my Witbier without fruity twist.

Bottle, bought @ Bjergtrolden, Roskilde.
Pours hazy, very pale yellow with a slight green hue. Fine, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of green apples, light cloves, good wheat and a touch of lemons (or apple peel). Low carbonation, a bit thin. Flavour is okay, good, fresh apples. Light cloves and peppery ginger in aftertaste. If you really wanted to add fruit to a Wit, do it like this.

This cork and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop marked 10473 poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a very hazy softly carbonated yellow colored body. The mild aroma was floral malty and red apple. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The very nice flavor contained notes of malt and apple. Aquite tasty one I would certainly buy again.

Bottle 25cl.
Unclear sparkling light yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy perfume, soap, coriander, ginger, pepper. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and spicy with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090404]

Looks like apricot nectar from whole foods. Sweet yeasty apples and some graham notes lead to a very sweet and apple filled beer, lots of coriander as well.

Tastes like a fresh Nectar de Manzana from the supermarket. Very natural pulpyness to the flavor. Delicious, but weak palate and no smell. Cloudy color is a plus. Bottle from Daknole.

Hazy pale yellow coloured beer with large white head and lots of carbonation. Fruity sweet bit yeasty aroma. Full sparkling sweet palate. Finish is sweet herby ending bitter dry.
