The aroma is dominated by citrus and spices with notes of fruits and wheat.
Sweet flavour of apples, wheat and spices with fruity notes.
The flavour is a bit too sweet and the apples are too dominating, but not a bad apple beer.

Oct 12, 2006 Pale hazy white yellow beer, good white, whipped eggwhite-like head. Lots of coriander, lots more than apple, bit of hay/straw nose. Appleteaser-taste, also the typical fizzy MF, and of course, coriander. Rather sweet-fruity, not overtypical apple. Spritzy MF, wheat & sugar-filled slickness. Children’s drink.

Mar 22, 2007 Bottled at the Belgian Embassy in Oslo. A hazy, yellow-golden beer with a nice, white head. Some cellar notes in the aroma, else it is spices and green apples. Sugar, apples, spices and fruityness in the flavor. For a beer of this style and ABV it has a decent body, and a nice finish, maybe a bit weak, with spices and sugar. A really refreshing beer, and a nice start on a night of Belgian beers. (070301)
