Pours a pale muddy yellow with a fine creamy white head. Aroma is sweet, light apple and good doses of coriander. Some light vanilla as well. Light mouthfeel, but okay creamy. Flavour is sweet, light good vanilla and a fine, long aftertaste. Rather sweet perhaps, but still a great wit. yngwie (3464), Kristiansand, Norway May 4, 2008 Bottle, 75cl at the Belgian Embassy. It poured a slightly hazy, yellow body with a big white head. Fruity nose with apples and lemon, as well as a touch of spices. The flavor follows the same path, adding wheat and a touch of spices. It finishes with lasting fruity and bitter flavor, with some spices blending in. Medium body. Really refreshing and easy to drink. Not the best witbier, but inviting and quenching.
