Hazy yellow color, with a creamy white head.
Aroma sweet, bit fruits, coriander, other spice.
Medium body.
Taste sweet start, typical lemon/wheat, bit coriander, some yeast and spice.
Good "witbier".

Jul 20, 2008 Cloudy yellow body with a stable white foamy head. Nice aroma of coriander,apple, citruses. Smooth mouthfeel with fine wheat, phenolic and lactic acidic taste, moderated carbonation, some spices. I liked it, nice witbier.

Jan 16, 2008 Tap @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph. Pours a pale muddy yellow with a fine creamy white head. Aroma is sweet, light apple and good doses of coriander. Some light vanilla as well. Light mouthfeel, but okay creamy. Flavour is sweet, light good vanilla and a fine, long aftertaste. Rather sweet perhaps, but still a great wit.

Jan 16, 2008 Draught @ Den Tatoverede Enke as "Blanche de Ardenne". Pours a muddy pale yellow colour with a big steady well lasting creamy white head leaving a good lacing. The aroma is a bit sweet with vanilla, wheat and apples. Nice soft mouthfeel. The flavour is fresh with some sweetness, vanilla, appless, wheat, some spices and a slight sourness. Tasty wheat brew.
