stefanje (937), (Santee) San Diego, California, USA Dec 1, 2007 750 ml bottle from Bevmo. This is the winter 2007 winter release. Pours a translucent brown-red color with a off-white head that last a while and leaves plenty of lacing in the glass. The aroma is rich with classic Belgian spices and some sweet toffee. The flavor mirrors the aroma with a fair amount of chocolate added. The Finish is long with a touch of hops and a lingering chocolate flavor. The mouthfeel is full, smooth and creamy.
