Pours a nice clear dark brown burgundy color with a large amount of froathy manilla head. Aroma is a little flat: slightly sweet, mellow yeast and spices, raisins, and slight sour orange scent. Flavor is sour, bananna, sour grapes, coriander with a smooth malty finish. Overall, I thought it could have been better.

Big fluffy, lasting pillow head. Gentle spice aroma. Full body, touch of sourness, warm malty flavour. Silky, malty but not a lot of special in it.

Pillowy lasting small head. Bronze coloring. Yeasty spicey and slightly malty. It has a spicey bubbly finish. Available at Colonial Spirits in North Acton.

this IS silky smooth. Drinks very light for a darker brew. VERY nice long lingering finish just as the commerical description promises. Malty and just plain good.

Full taste, nice bitterness in the finish. A proper Belgian ale, though not particularly Christmas-oriented except in the packaging. Quite similar to Delirium Christmas.

Light brown, big, stable beige head.aroma is dominated by caramel. Flavour is caramel and fruits. Well-balanced, but a definite emphasis on sweetness. Creamy texture, medium body. A very pleasant, rich and sweet winter beer.
