Aroma is sweet malty, spices dried fruit. Flavor is sweet and malty, fine spices and fruit. I think one year in the cellar has done this beer good. Very nice! smjohnst (202), , Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a dark reddish-orange with a white head. Little or no sediment in the bottle. Malt and brown sugar on the nose, with a hint of orange. The initial impression is of a sweetish brown ale, but then banana and a crisp yet gentle malty bitterness come through and linger, along with a hint of spice. The finish is dry and smooth. hellbilly (1515), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA

slightly hazy pour is maroon brown and capped by a thin tan head.
there are some floral tea-like qualities in the aroma underneath brown sugar, golden raisins, vanilla, sweet malt and cinnamon-y spiciness.
the flavor profile pretty much masks the aroma... along with some yeasty earthiness, faint chocolate and banana starch with a dry spiced finish. it is a bit sweet but definitely doable. light to medium bodied given the abv% with a smooth rich texture.
insanely easy to drink...

Nose is fruity and taste is fairly complex but did not strike me as being as nice of a corsendonk as i remembered stangger (155), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours golden - orange with tan head.
Aroma is very fruity, almost of fresh tangerine - orange and hops.
Taste, fruity and candi sugar, malty. I was disappointed by the actual mouthfeel that really had a chewing gum feel with lots of citrusy - orange tones. Notes of yeast. Overall the beer is easy to drink and the 8.5 abv is very subtle.
Mouthfeel and finish are the big let down as I was expecting more of the seasonal dark fruits with spices. JMFG (1514), Florida, USA

Moderate spicy aroma, a lot of cinnamon and cardamom, very floral, some clove. Sweet taste, less spice than the aroma, mild Belgian yeast characters.
