Nov 17, 2002 A brown beer with a small head. The aroma is fruity as ale yeast often renders. The flavor is a little flat - but it has a good ale taste - slightly sour and fruity. A very nice ale.

Jul 22, 2005 Updated: Apr 21, 2006(Bottle 25 cl) Opaque, dark brown - close to black actually. An incredibly tall, creamy head. Extremely complex, I sense both dates, coffee and rum (!). Yeast and candi sugars is very evident, but it’s perfectly in balance and never gets cloying. The alcohol is perfectly hidden. A wonderful ale indeed. 140100
