A brown beer with a small head. The aroma is fruity as ale yeast often renders. The flavor is a little flat - but it has a good ale taste - slightly sour and fruity. A very nice ale.

(Bottle 25 cl) Opaque, dark brown - close to black actually. An incredibly tall, creamy head. Extremely complex, I sense both dates, coffee and rum (!). Yeast and candi sugars is very evident, but it’s perfectly in balance and never gets cloying. The alcohol is perfectly hidden. A wonderful ale indeed. 140100

75 cL bottle. Pours hassle nut brown with off-white head. Nice round caramelly and malty smell which is also dominating the taste together with slight herp elements that I cannot make out and carbonation (little). Well balanced beer, pleasent no surprises.

Bottled. Dark amber coloured, big beige foamy head. Weak aroma of malts and some grainy notes. Also kind of sweet. Flavour first malty then it turns sweet. Pretty boring in my opinion, I had expected more.... Kind of bitter/sourish aftertaste.
