The aroma and flavor were very spicy...I can't quite tell which spices though. Nice perfumey tones...clove-like yeast...sweet malt. Pepper and alcohol in the finish. Tingly, yet thick feel. Enjoyable. bac080 (398), Boardman, Ohio, USA

Dark brown in color with lots of malts, spicy yeast, and woodsy, orange citrus aromas. Equally complex on the palate with a dominating maltiness and a long finish. saxo (3682), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark

Generous, warm aroma: plenty of yeast and bread notes, esters, dried cherries, and spice. Full mouthfeel: malt-dominated, with maple syrup and hints of roasted malts; lots of yeast and doughy character; fresh bread, and some pepper on the finish. Surprisingly good. Great sweet Belgian malt aroma, yeasty and has a sweet fruityness. The mouthfeel is nice and creamy. Smooth Belgian malt flavor with some evident brown sugar, toffee, dates, some coriander spicyness. The alcohol is very well hidden. Long lingering smooth slightly roasted malt finish. Smooth, rich, rounded, a nice Belgian Ale.
