Ingredients: Caramel, Pilsen and Munich barley malts, and Saaz, Kent and Hallertau hops
Brewed with roasted malt, hence its deep dark reddish colour. It is a mellow, dark, top-fermented beer, refermented and matured in the bottle to obtain a lively, bubbly beer with a rich head

Bottle. Pours is dark brown with big tan head, fair lacing. Aroma is malty, dried fruits, plums, cinammon, spices. Taste is light sweet, moderate bitter with some acidic notes, malty mouthfeel. Medium body, sticky texture, malty aftertaste.

Aroma: caramel, toast, gentle roasty, toffee, dough, very gentle herbs, some esters (surprising), raisins. Interesting, well balanced. brown, hazy, white foam, good retention. light sweetness, lightly bitter, raisins, roast, caramel, toffee, again some esters. Well balanced, but expected more depth. medium body, slick feel, average carbonation, short sweetish finish. Overall nicely balanced and quite pleasant, but could use a little less sweetness and more depth.

6,5% ABV bottle from Drinkshop. Clear very dark brown colour, quickly disappearing head. Aroma fruity, figues, cola, dried fruits. Taste is moderately sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Mostly fruity in flavour, dried fruits, figues. Also colaish. Quite good. High carbonation, moderately drinkable.

Flaska från Beergium. Gravöl med kusin Mattias. Mörkbrun med beiget skum. Lite smörig popcorn-doft som känns typiskt för belgisk klosteröl. Torr, lätt söt och något brända toner. Känns rätt medioker.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2016 Pours very dark with a greyish foam head, had this as drought beer. Taste is like roasted fruits, slightly sweet. Aftertaste is a bit too watery, not what I expected of it?s dark appearance. Still good enough and easy to drink!

Pours dark, murky brown with a very aggressive white to off-white head. Aroma is roasted barley, coffee, malts, some soft banana notes. Taste is very aggressive carbonated. CO2 prepares and activates your tasting buds for a very full, yet somewhat fresh taste, which is followed by a slight sweet aftertaste. The latter is then replaced with a gentle sour aftertase, leaving you nice roasty ending. A very fine dubbel.

Aromat bardzo przyjemny, świeży. Kojarzy się głównie z morelami. Jest owocowy, ale trochę wytrawny i rześki. W smaku ciemne słody, trochę ciemnego chleba, palony karmel. Goryczka niewysoka, ale bardzo wyraźna. Lekko ziołowa. Całość zaskakującą, ale bardzo przyjemna.
