Aroma: toast grains smells and an intensive and pleasant fruitiness. Fruits reminiscences of dark-grapes, plums, figs and blackberries. Slightly citric-smell. Spicy aromas like clove and ginger. Yeast, dessert-wine and wood.
Flavor: slightly sweet start with caramel touches, from dark-malts. Intensive and varied fruits progress with plums, blackberries, cherries, dark-grapes, raisins and figs reminiscences. Spicy notes similar to ginger, clove and vanilla. Light but persistent smoky and woody touches. Truffle’s reminiscences. Liquory like dessert-wine and cherry-liquor. Complex taste.
Palate: medium body and semi-oily texture. Medium carbonated.
A complex, pleasant, with own-character, fruity, slightly spicy and balanced beer.
