Oh yeah. I get the impression it’s going to be a bit dry. Not sure how to describe it. Body is quite carbonated, not overly by any means, though. Flavor is good, unique for sure. I don’t really know how I’d explain it, perhaps fruity and a hint of dark malt. I simply love this beer. badbeer (433), Iowa, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 23, 2007 Pours a dark brown with some dark red coming through when held up to a light. Had a rich, creamy, tan head with a solid lacing. The aroma is of yeast, strawberries, and other fruit. The taste was quite pleasant, I found many various things inside. Started off with some nuts and fig, finished dry with some vanilla and spice. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with a strong carbonation, was also nice and creamy mouthfeel. This beer hides alcohol like it isn’t even there, serve cool and notice differences as it warms. eyesandsmiles (179), Mission Viejo, California, USA

Has a thick and foamy tan head with no real lacing. A lot of visible carbonation. A very strong sour-yeasty nose with sweet brown sugar, caramel, and maybe a touch of molasses malt goodness. A full malt flavor with sourness at the beginning and a nutty caramel middle with a slightly dry finish. Not a whole lot of body, but carbonation leaves a creamy finish. Duff53 (22), USA

Poursa a clear copporbrown colour with a good size head and normal carbonation.
Very fruity smell to it, has also got some nuts there and sweetness.
Taste is good balance between dried fruits and bitterness, has a very nice palate also.
