Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, bread, metal, and alcohol. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol as well as lighter notes of bread, leading to a very sweet finish where notes of alcohol and caramel lingers. Reminds me of Ceres Red Eric - probably hits its mark in Italy

Bottle 33cl, a clear amber beer. Taste is very sweet with some acidity. Aroma is on caramel, sugar, red fruit touch, belgian yeast, very sweet and unbalanced. Kind of artificial fruit beer.

Pours fizzy, brown-reddish with a huge, frothy off-white head. Aroma with bread, yeast, slightly sweet, tasted dark malts, dark red fruit. Taste is medium to heavy sweet in the initial taste combined with a rich malty taste. Very light bitterness and Belgian yeast notes in the end. Medium long, medium sweet and light bitter finish. Medium to full bodied with a slightly thick mouthfeel (as the beer gets a bit warmer), fizzy carbonation. Had it better in my mind... Not well balanced, to sweet and too less bitter. Carbonation would fit better if it would be softer.

A bit more bitterness and bit softer carbonation would have done this one well.
A really nice deep golden color with a fine thick off white head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Good intensity in the aroma. Typical Belgian strong ale. Full body and an average carbonation. The carbonation could have been a bit softer. Would make it more comfortable to drink. A bit to sweet versus bitterness. Oily texture. Dried fruits, yeast, some spices, brown sugar and toffee in the flavor. Decent complexity.

Hosszú és nagy hab. Sötét borostyán szín. Erős illatából a komló fűszeressége köszön vissza.

0,33 L, flaske, 8.0 % ABV, BB: 26/05/18, købt i Den Belgiske Ølbutik i Vanløse. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2016 33cl bottle. Pours orange amber with a beautiful creamy white head. Aroma is light with some sweetness from the malts and a light metallic note. Taste is very sweet, way too much for my taste, can?t feel any flavor except for a lot of sugary sweetness and some yeast spiciness. Not a "bad" beer but I didn?t like it, couldn?t finish the bottle.

Pours in copper brown colour with huge white head, hazy liquid. Aroma of nuts, alcohol, herbs. Medium sweet. lightly bitter, almost no sourness. Medium to full body, oily feel, lively carbonization, medium lasting light alcohol and bitter finish

The aromas are dark fruits, malt.the body is red, light with a one finger off white head. the taste is dark and deep and it lasts for ever.I can definitely not feel the 8% alcohol which is great. But is very sweet and the aftertaste is even sweeter.

Gyllene med dragning ĺt bärnsten med ljusbeige skum. Doft av jäst, hö och lätt fruktighet. I smaken är det mycket alkoholsötma med fruktsötma pĺ det.

UPDATED: APR 2, 2016 Hazy ochre to tan colour, beautiful dense rocky off-white head. The nose is sweetish with signs of sugar syrup, dried fruit, belgian yeast, a tiny touch of anise. Medium body. Oily. The flavour is sweet enough. Bready. Kvassy. dried apples & pears. Yeasty notes present. A hint of bitterness on ending. Alcohol well hidden. It’s rather on the sweet side of the style still quite enjoyable.
