Papsoe (22987) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 13, 2011
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Pinball/Ungstrup. Pours a clear deep golden bordering amber with a small off-white head. Sweet bonbon aroma, somewhat caramellish with a slightly yeasty edge. Medium body, unpleasant excessive carbonation - almost champagne bubbles - fruity, quite some spices. Hardly any bitterness. Drinkable if not for the annoying carbonation. 130711

oh6gdx (16047) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 23, 2010
Bottled (from beerpalace.eu). Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is a bit metallic, some bready and sweetish malts along with mild notes of nettle. Flavour is bready malts, quite spicy, mildly metallic as well as rather sweet fruity and wooden notes. Quite nice, except for the slight metallicness (BBE 09/2011, so not too old either)

Bottle, 6%. Nicely fruity aroma, not expected from a Belgian macro. Clear dark copper colour. Big stable rocky off-white head. The flavour is slightly fruity with a chalky and watery finish. Quite clean for a Belgian.

Oakes (10191) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 7, 2011
Bought in Israel - Holy Land connection I guess? Copper-bronze. The aroma is toasty, from both malt and yeast. Has some biscuity malts, but is fairly simple overall. Straightforward, an ok Belgian. Nothing wrong with it.

TBone (9414) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 7, 2010
Bottled 330ml (Beer Planet, BB 09/2011)
Dark clear amber color, small off-white head. Aroma has metal, malts, nutty caramel. Crisp carbonation. Suprisingly watery palate. Caramel, some yeasty-fruity notes, raisin, nutty maltyness. Very short finish with light malty notes. Too easy!
