4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 VanDer1584 (24) - Bavaria, GERMANY - MAY 7, 2012
Problem with this is that many people don’t know how to drink it. First you need to hold the bottle over your head and then pour it into a wide glass that has to be almost at your knees. You pour a small quantity and drink it all at once. Do that process and THEN rate it. I think it’s a extraordinary cider, tipycal Asturian cider, much more sour than the sweet English cider (in my opinion, inferior to the Asturian cider). Again please, I’d ask everyone to do the right process before drinking it. If you just pour half the bottle into a glass and drink it it will probably be awful. I’d also recommend everyone to visit Asturias in northern Spain to try this kind of (very different) cider and the "escanciado" (pouring) process that it involves.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 yngwie (9195) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 29, 2009
Bottle, courtesy of faroeviking. A hazy, yellow-golden drink, completely flat. Ripe sour apples and apple cores in the aroma, quite pleasant. The flavor is on a different level, a lower level unfortunately, introdusing a papery touch along with the apples. A lemony acidic touch also blends in. Astringent and very dry. Really acidic finish with lots of apple flavor. Pity about the papery touch, else it’s a quite decent one. 090822
