COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Firehouse Pale Ale was inspired by the 1914 Cortland Firehouse which is located across the road from the brewery. The beer pours a gold color with a frothy white head with a noticable Cascade hop aroma. The taste is smooth and slightly malty, with just enough hop flavors to make it light and clean. A great everyday drinking Pale Ale.

Bomber pours golden amber with a silky cream colored head. Solid malt base in the nose mixes with mild hop resin. More sweet and malt based than expected. Honey sweetness and creamy mouth feel cover the palate. Easy to drink but seems a tad watery at times. Not a bad beer, just something that is meh and a bit uninteresting.

Bomber from Half Time. Pours hazy amber with a creamy/bubbly beige head. Aromas of resin, citrus and bubble gum/tropical fruit. Med + body. Flavor is mixed resin/citrus/tropical with a little grapefruit rind in the finish. Nothing all that strong, but very pleasing.

Pouring at TAP NY. Pours a hazed golden amber thin white head. Light hops, toast, and caramel. Earthy, slightly off in some way. Gritty grapefruit, very earthy. Malt and toast, crisp bitter with long grapefruit on the finish. Decent overall.
