COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
IPA descends from the late 18th century when beer was exported from London to India. Typical of India Pale Ale, this ale is bold, assertive, and full of flavor. It has a medium to dry finish and a citrus overtone.

App.: Really cloudy orange-amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma: Strong peach/passion fruit/apricot, really sweet caramel/toffee, some pine/resin, a bit floral, brown sugar. Palate: Medium body and fine effervescence. Flav.: Rich, slightly savoury, caramel, quite difference from the nose, lots of citrus, caramalt backbone is restrained; dry with good bitterness and a nice malt finish.

Good AIPA.

Bottle with Yanick for Skinny Puppy Sunday. Pours dirty caramel brown. Off white head. Nose/taste of biscuit and caramel malts, citrus, pineapple husks and tropical fruits. Bitter hop finish. Slightly dry. Medium body.

A hazed amber IPA with a thick mocha head. In aroma, floral piney hops with citrusy notes, biscuit notes, quite nice. In mouth, a nice biscuitty malt with pungent floral hops, light grapefruit notes, medium bodied. On tap at brewery, Dec. 3 2011.
