Draft at Cossab, january 08. Pale, hazy, yellow color, medium earthy white head. Yeasty, fruity, phenoliic, clove aroma. Tart, phenollic lemony flavor. Mild and refreshing. Medium to light palate, vivid, refreshing and crisp. Nice hefe that could do with a bit more banana and richer color.
