Bottle 750ml. Corked.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, wood, lacquer, light alcohol, aroma is sharp. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, dry, sharp, honey, wood. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a pale golden color with no head. Has a sweetish spicy honey aroma. Sweetish weak sparkling spicy honey flavor. Has a sweety spicy fruity honey finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear glden - white head. Honey, earthy, fruity, sweetness, light light bubbles, spicy notes, light alcoholic.

Bottled. Palle yellow coloured. Clear. Honey, Spice, fruits in aroma . Flavour of honey fruits, Spice, alcohol. Medium bodied. Ends on a honeydense note.

Bottle. Pours bit hazy pale yellow. The aroma is ripe apples, sweet honey and light acid. The flavour is light acidic and has notes of acetone, sweet honey and sweet ripe apples.

Hazy light blond color. Light aroma of wildflower honey and wax. Semi-dry mouthfeel, with some honey favor, fruits and flowers; although, I think, the carbonation doesn’t add much.

clear yellow, no head. Nice honey aroma. Clean. Flavor is honey, spices, flowers, flower dust

Bottled. A golden mead. The aroma has notes of honey and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol and honey, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small no lasting head. Aroma is fruity. Smooth floral and honey. Light herbal. Smooth fruity and ligerig floral into a smooth fruity finish.
