Bottled (thanks yespr). Very nice pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruits, herbs, some honey as wel as mild wooden notes. Flavour is apples, honey, some alcohol as well as mild syrupy notes.

Bottled. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of polles from a flowery meadow as well as some honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey as well as sweet lemony and flowery notes. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Clear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, sweet honey, clove - almonds notes, light to moderate alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, light chemical. Body is medium, texture is syrupy and sticky, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic and warm. Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear pale yellow - well, hardly yellow. Sweet and spicy honey acents. Solid body, sweet honey, grass, cloves and almonds with a warming alcohol finish. Very well made and amazingly sophisticated. 090410
