Bottled (thanks yespr). Very nice pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruits, herbs, some honey as wel as mild wooden notes. Flavour is apples, honey, some alcohol as well as mild syrupy notes.

Bottle, 15%. Perfumy, soapy aroma. Clear water colour. The flavour is sweet and perfumy. Very soapy finish. Also like the candy bracelets of my childhood.

Bottled. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes of polles from a flowery meadow as well as some honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey as well as sweet lemony and flowery notes. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Clear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, sweet honey, clove - almonds notes, light to moderate alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, light chemical. Body is medium, texture is syrupy and sticky, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic and warm. Clear light golden with a medium off white head. Floral aroma with hints of honey and fruits. Sweet flavour with fruity, honey and floral notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear pale yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of honey and berries with notes of oak and alcohol. Sweet flavour of honey and berries with notes of flowers. Sweet finish.

37.5 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with no head. Aroma is smooth honey herbal and pollen. Sweet, citric and herbal honey flavoure from back of the nose. Dry phenolic and honey herbal into a dry and floral finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear pale yellow - well, hardly yellow. Sweet and spicy honey acents. Solid body, sweet honey, grass, cloves and almonds with a warming alcohol finish. Very well made and amazingly sophisticated. 090410
