Corked bottle from the meadery
Light blond color, hazy. It has a nice floral honey aroma. The flavor is quite sweet, with a lot of wax, honey flavor, light ending bitterness.
A good self- crafted one.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Clear pale yellow. Spicy nose with nutmeg and cinnamon. Dryish with slender body and crisp mouthfeel. A thin layer of honey and yoghurt, plenty of spices. White wine and pepper in the finish.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, dry wood, honey wax. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120616]
