Very pale gold. Aromatic, citrusy and summery, fresh, lightly sweet, with some pine cordil in there. Some grapefruity bitternss, dry, long, bitter-sih finish, pleasant, nothing outstanding (Cask-ChelmsfordBF 03')

Cask Conditioned at The Market Porter, Borough. Pale yellow, slight head. Thin sweet citric flavour maybe gooseberry? A little fresh hoppiness, overall a little understated but pleasant.

Gravity Cask, Chelmsford Beer Festival Blonde Ale. Subtle, soft and complex citric aroma. Honey and honeysuckle. Floral. Some wheat. Soft. Slightly blonde body. Warm water. Dry. Softly atringent finish. [Daft notes]

A decent mixed-density head. Effervescent, floral aroma. Flavor of juice drink, orange, pine. Quite lacking in life, watery, but with astringent bitterness driving the finish. A vinyl/plastic quality comes out in the flavor. (gravity pour at 2003 Chelmsford Beer Festival)

Cask Conditioned, at The Masque Haunt, London
Murky pale ale blonde, steady but slight white head. It takes some concentration but if you do make the effort, there is citrus marmalade, apricot and slight rose honey flavour to be found.
