500ml clear glass bottle- feels wrecked by pasteurisation. Rabbit hutch aroma. Some decent grassiness as it warms. Resplendent, empty with a tight white shaving foam head. Bad taste interchangeable with the last beer (Anchor Summer); paperiness, salt licks (back in the rabbit hutch), cooked veg, aluminium pans, licking a table leg. Beans on wholemeal. You’ve got to look hard to find even a blade of hop. To all intents and purposes this could be a no alcohol lager. I’ll probably finish it. The kind of beer that puts me in a bad mood.

imdownthepub (7473) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 17, 2011
Bottled, 500ml from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham, Gloucs. Clear gold with very slight head. This tasted like the partly boiled spelt I tasted in an ancient brewing experiment that I helped in, really grainy and doughy. There is a little baked bread with an indistinct fruity note, but I struggled to find positives.

Bottle.( Clear ) Lovely golden appearance with a small head. Fruity with some bitterness and a medium body although more than you would expect from its strength. Well above average and worth trying.

Purchased from Co-op, Axminster, Devon 03-04-10 consumed the same day Pours hazy light gold. There is some stale fruit on the aroma, bit of a boiled sweet smell in fact, touch of citrus, I thought that this was pasteurised but maybe the clear glass bottle has just added to what was an ordinary beer at best being quite poor. I really have nothing more to add I’m afraid A5 A3 F5 P3 Ov11 2.7
