Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, citrus - grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

Botle. Golden and poured with a small head. Very smooth with a honey like taste. A bit too heavily pasteurised for my taste but still quite pleasant. Brewed to celibrate the West Somerset steam heritage railway.
