Bottle 500ml. @ chriso [ oh6gdx birthday bash tasting ].

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, citrus - grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate. Slightly floral pale malt. Mild citrus. Dry finish. Okay.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is honey, nectar, some mild nutty notes as well as herbs and pleasant maltyness. Flavour is fruity, caramel malty, floral, nectary notes as well as mild toasted and nutty notes.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Lightly hazy deep golden, small head. Faint grassy/citric nose. Slender with bready malt, crisp and drinkable. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at Chriso’s. Clear amber, white head. Nose is yeasty, touch of farmyard and citrous. Taste is cereal malt and tiny bit of citrous. Light simple slightly bitter ale.

Bottle at Chriso Patriks Bday tasting. Gold slight haze lasting white head. Its fine some hop. Its some cereal. Its ok to be honest

Bottled, 500ml from The West Somerset Steam Railway, drunk aboard the train heading for Watchet. Gold with slight white head. Slightly sweetish with a mashy, malty grainy flavour. Somewhat uninspiring.

Botle. Golden and poured with a small head. Very smooth with a honey like taste. A bit too heavily pasteurised for my taste but still quite pleasant. Brewed to celibrate the West Somerset steam heritage railway.
