COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We are so excited about this Cider! Cider Sam has joined us and this is our first attempt to produce a taste that we all think you have been waiting for. What can we say about it? Lightly carbonated, slightly cloudy and tasting like wonderful fresh English apples!

Cask, gravity at Chadlington Beer Festival, Chadlington Village Hall, Oxon, 05-06-10 Cloudy straw colour. Its lemony and fruity, with apple showing. Refreshing and fine and I can see this being quite a hit with many as it seems ok but I just got the impression that this was very commercial, in fact much like the beers that Cotswold do it was very clinical that’s certainly not a bad thing in terms of consistency but its just seemed a bit mass produced to me, I was really surprised when I saw the website and the write up as I was convinced that this was going to be an alias of a big firms cider.
