Cask; Seasonal - August/September.
A honey wheat beer, smooth finish with honey noticeable in the aroma and taste but balanced with a blend of Mount Hood and Cascade hops to override the residual sweetness.

A Mes rate: Cask at the Wenlock
Cloudy gold with thick consitency and lots of suspended bubbles. Sweet honey, slight hops, slightly rank. Nothing special and just too much honey and not enough character.

Cask at the Wenlock Arms. Pours a clear yellow-gold with a thin white head. Sweet malt aroma with caramel and honey. Very sweet flavor with lots of honey, caramel and bready malts. Faint floral bitterness. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes short and quite sweet.

Cask at The Wenlock, november 07. Shinny golden color with a white rim. Fruity flavor with some superior alcohols. Strong bittersweet flavor, a bit too harsh with an astringent finnish. Medium mouthfeel, a bit rough and astringent. Rough, strong ale.
