Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 16/12/2012. Deep brown with next to no head. Rich aroma of molasses, berry fruits and a touch of spice. Flavour was also sweet, with a full mouth feel and warming alcohol finish. A bit too strong for me, but a good British interpretation of the style.
