Cask at the Crispin, Wokingham. Dark chestnut, almost black, in colour with a tawny glint and a tight beige head; earthy aroma backed up by richly roasted malts; smoth and milky in the mouth with a dry, nutty, roasted malt taste with a touch of coffee; and a dry finish. Very drinkable.
