Tricky one to categorise this- put it under porter but more of a storter/sweet strong mild to be honest. Cask handpull, The Crown, Nuneaton, 04/12/12/. Deep ruby, initiailly appearing black, slicked with white. Aroma of strawberry, berries, caramel, a little Shep-like jellied hop. Lightly buttered digestive biscuit, berries, milk choc notes. Maybe cranberry. Pretty good.
