A "Real Hooker" / "Passion Wagon". Bottle from Fenwicks in Newcastle. An inky black beer with bitter black chocolate flavours, red fruity notes and a coffee finish.

Bottled, 500ml from Notcutts Nursery, Oxford. Black with short tan head. There is a strong chemical, nail polish note to this crossed with tarmac and burnt liquorice. Ending sweetness. Not to my taste.

Bottle. Best before April 2012, and opened February 2012... and it wasn’t "best before" anything. Infected! Poured horribly gloopy with a worrying looking lump on the top. Put the foam to my lips and YUCK... nasty vinegar. Waited for the head to die away a little to test the liquid... YEUCH... gag reflexes kicked in and I almost vomited. Nasty! I’d steer WELL CLEAR of this and this brewery until these problems are sorted.

Bought at the gift shop in Leeds Castle, Kent. Infected. The Leek beers were the first time they had tried selling beers - they have said they’ll not do it again. Leek should stop bottling beers until they sort out the infection problem they have.
