Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Lightly hazy yellow to light orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly bitter, slightly buttery and something weird I can’t put my finger on, but strangely enough it reminds me of meat... Average to medium body and carbonation.

Half, cask at Crescent in Salford. Near-clear, dark golden body. Firm lasting, white head. Spotty lacework. Bready and fruity hops to the nose. Fresh fruity taste of peaches added by grainy malts. Dry bittersweet ending. On par with the style, more or less (Greater Manchester, 22.01.2013).

Golden amber colour. Odd aroma - grassy hops and fruit, but something else I couldn’t quite identify in the background. Reasonable balance of malt and hop on the palate. Dry finish. Perfectly respectable, but nothing special. Cask (handpump), Head of Steam, Euston, London NW1.
