Cask (handpump) @ Pennybacks, B1, Birmingham. Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, hay, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, and some toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Very nice dry finish and very hamonic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. ;o))

Golden amber colour. Odd aroma - grassy hops and fruit, but something else I couldn’t quite identify in the background. Reasonable balance of malt and hop on the palate. Dry finish. Perfectly respectable, but nothing special. Cask (handpump), Head of Steam, Euston, London NW1.

Half, cask at Crescent in Salford. Near-clear, dark golden body. Firm lasting, white head. Spotty lacework. Bready and fruity hops to the nose. Fresh fruity taste of peaches added by grainy malts. Dry bittersweet ending. On par with the style, more or less (Greater Manchester, 22.01.2013).

The Old Windmill, Coventry. Heady, woodsy, almost Belgian-like snout of lime jelly, orange rind, marmalade. Cloudy orange with a thick sparkler head. Slick golden milky hoppage. Earthy, soft, pithy and resinous with biscuity malt rounding it all out. Good one.

Handpull at The White Horse on Parsons Green. Clear still-looking amber with no head. Sweet apple aroma and taste, a bit of black tea, no alcohol or bitterness at all. Slick, light, still - finishes quick, lightly sweet and a bit floral. Not bad.
