Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, chocolate, roasted, dusty, keller. Cask-conditioned at the Kings Arms, Didmarton Gloucs, 30/4/08. Pale chestnut with a slight off-white head. Red fruit and caramel aromas followed by slightly sweet, fruity malt flavours. Some bitterness in the finish which brought balance. A good beer.

Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Dark toffee with white head. Fruity, full beer, certainly within a mild character, sweetish malt flavours then a hint of hops on the finish which adds a little body. Good beer.
