Cloudy amber colour with tiny off-white head. Caramel sweetness, mild maltiness and notes of hops. Malt, sweet caramel and some notes of sweet hops. Quite enjoyable.

Svesse (4392) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 19, 2010
(Cask at Carpenter’s Arms, Marble Arch, London, 6 Aug 2010) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, orange and apricots. Fruity taste with orange, apricots, grainy malt and a certain citrussy bitterness in the finish. Rather light body, fairly dry. Decent but hardly exciting.

downender (4389) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2010
Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 18/07/10. Amber with next to no head. Sweetish, boiled orange sweets and tired hops, with a short, dry finish. Different from the usual Cottage pale ale, but not in a positive way.
