7 lovely hoppy ang gingery aroma
4- mid orange, small spongy head
6 pungently hopped retronasals. certainly some of that carries through to the taste. Some cactus there too.
3 it’s also a little milky in the finish which softens it.
13- Pretty OK, but maybe the hops are too pungent.

Cask Handpump at Centro Cafe Bar, Manchester 01/03/2003 Golden coloured grainy and malty with a little sour fruit flavour in a dry finish.

The Red Lion, Isleworth. Still tawny with a scant head and orange glints. Buttered apple aroma; flavour butter biscuit, polythene, mulled apple. Tired astringent finish. Pretty dull: none of Cottage’s usual interest.
