1. Cask Handpump at the Station Buffet, Stalybridge 02/05/2002 Copper mid brown colour and malty. Slightly rich on the palate with a dry finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Vernon Arms, Liverpool 20/05/2002 Mid to dark brown and poured lively. Some wheat flavour and a slightly dry hop finish.

Cask conditioned at The Blue Ball, Asheridge, Bucks. Brown mild with beige head. A very tasty sl stronger mild, fruity malty with a dry nut taste, lasting in the mouth, not a traditional mild but very interesting.
