Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 03/03/10. Amber in colour with a decent white head. Aroma of biscuit malts, summer fruits and leafy hops. Flavour began with a touch of sweet malt and fruit, before a decent, fruity hop finish. Ok. ABV was 4%.

Cask conditioned at The Bree Louise, London
Amber color, creamy head. Simple Bitter, with a very light pleasant cheesy/yeasty touch. It has alight aroma of earthy malt. Side to side with the Champflower, it’s less fullbodied and has less caramel flavor, therefore manage to show some light hops too. Pleasant.

Dog & Bell, Deptford. Aug 2008. light amber/yellow. A dry and pleasant enough session bitter, though a little too buttery and lacks a crisp hop bite.

Half pint, hand-pulled and served at the right drinking temperature at the Bree Louise, Euston. Naked and clear amber body. Smooth floral aroma. Mild hops and light bitter endnotes. Thin bodied (London 10.08.2008).
