Cask Conditioned at The Bree Louise, London Mahogany color, thin creamy head and nice lace. Good caramel aroma. It has a solid caramel flavor, followed by some chocolate and a hint of fudge that qualifies it. More chocolate and correct bitterness at the end. Good.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ethereal (2399) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUL 26, 2007
Cask at the Doric Arch (formerly the Head of Steam) in Euston, 24th July 2007. I’ve got to disagree with my friend Mes on this - I felt that the palate was very good, not too thin. The aroma is a mix of vanilla and caramel and the mix of fruit and malt in the taste is just right. Overall a very drinkable bitter.
