A Mes rate: Cask at the Gardeners Arms, Lewes. Straight forward copper colour with a faint white head. Fruity and earthy with lots of biscuity malt. Faintly bitter in the finish. Boring as hell.

Cask in the something else arms. Alround rating: Caramel apple, sweet side of balance, no hops, some strange cheese and onion character. Poor show.

Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London. Amber with a smooth fine white head. Moderate hops and malt aroma. Big bitter flavour that stays around for a while. Not a remarkable bitter but still a very decent one. More then happy to rate this as a beer. Big long bitter after taste.
