Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A dark amber coloured beer with a ruby hue and no head . The aroma and taste are perdominantly fruity with dominant malt. An alcohol kick belies the weakness of the beer ABV wise. The fruity tsate perhaps comes across too boozily and there might be a touch too much apple in the nose, but it’s an interesting beer.
