Commercial Description:
ENDO INDIA PALE ALE is said to be "Brewed with Altitude". The style is similar to IPAs from the Pacific Northwest. We dry-hoop Endo with Cascade hops to enhance the aroma and bitterness.

Nothing wrong with this brew whatsoever. IT did have a bit of a darker color to it, but thats cool. Very hopy in both the aroma and body. Excellent session beer, very good.

From bottle. Light hoppy notes, just a bit of floral character, with quite a bit of chalky astringency and stale paper. A bit of sweetness and some metallic notes along with a bit of soap. Dark brown-amber clear, with off-white foamy lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts with a bit of caramel and biscuit, followed by some muted bitterness. Some light carbonic acidity and floral hop flavor, but bitterness is muted. Finish is rather smooth, with very little going on in the aftertaste.

Pours a clear brown amber with small bubbly manilla head. Aroma is slight citrus with malt sweet base - bit faint. Flavor dry and bitter, slight malt malt with some caramel sweetness and a slight citric hoppy finish. Overall, decent - better than the other 2 beer by this brewer I’ve tried.

@Knoxville Brewers Jam-on tap-pours a tan head and amber color. Aroma is herbal/resin hops, some medium malt, roasty. Taste is herbal/resin hops-nice bite, secondary medium malt-roasty. Good carbonation.

Bottle. Aroma, nice spicy, hoppy smell. Taste, actually one of the better IPAs I have had nice flavor. Not overly bitter. Recommended.

On tap at the Charlotte Airport, Carolina Bar. Semi-clear amber with small beige head. Aroma is nice citrus with bubblegum and dry caramel. Flavor is medium to large bitter pine, citrus, grapefruit, off-dry caramel, toast with drying bitterness, nice. Medium, creamy body. Very nice.

12 oz. bottle - clear dark copper pour with quickly fading white head; musky aromas of fruity hops and stale grain; decent body with very low level of bitterness and hop character; like the Pale Ale, kind of a strange beer; I was vacationing from the PNW, so I’d say not really that similar to PNW IPA’s!!

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear copper color with lots of floating particles. Medium head with fair head retention and lacing. Citrus hop aroma with some caramel malts. Taste is pine and minty hop notes with a citrus finish and some toffee. Thin-medium bodied

Had this while visiting TN on vacation. Big malty backbone, but low hop profile for the style.
