Bottled@The Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Amber colour with small slightly off-white head, that leaves quite good lace. Aroma is quite bready and bisquity along with some slight caramel and mild floral hoppyness. Flavour is being quite much the same. Something between a bit sweet and rather bready. Ends with a mild toffeeish touch.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Nice sharp grapefruit hops aroma translates superbly into the taste. Not sure why northwest hops should be used in a beer named ’olde yankee,’ but i’m definitely not complaining about the results. the bitterness stays on the palate and follows through in the aftertaste. Beautiful coppery beer with good head.
