On tap in Louisville (KY)
A very well done IPA was worthy of a full pint. Sadly I didn’t have the time to give it the respect it deserves - if you run across this on draft do not make the same mistake. West Sixth is not the only brewery in the city that knows how to balance hops against malt and create a drinkable masterpiece.
Aroma / Appearance - A bronze hued base shimmers with a warmth like the dying sunlight. Light white head filters the smell of fresh resin, pine, and bright aspects that emerge with little encouragement.
Flavor / Palate - Citrus and resin snap the palate to attention. Oranges fresh from the grove sparkle in the tongue and on the throat. A pleasant bitterness grows in subsequent sips. The depth is improved with a well executed malt bill. A pint or two of this over dinner would set the tone for an evening well.

Draught at Country Boy.Very hoppy and bitter IPA. Pine and grapefruit. Bitter. Citrus finish and in nose. Absolutely fantastic.
