Pint on tap. Nearly opaque golden pear colored with a disappearing head. Nose is cracker and lemony bread yeast. Taste is saltine cracker, lemon juice, yeast and a touch of bubblegum. Light body is dry and has high carbonation. Decent summertime refreshment.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a very slightly cloudy light gold with white lacing. Smells of wheat and a bit of citrus with a little tartness too. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. A bit of an herbal presence too; not much salt though. Not bad, but closer to a wheat ale than a gose.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap sample. Poured a hazy yellow color with an average white head that lasted with fair lacing. Good aroma of wheat and spice. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Good sour citrus sweet flavor with a complex sweet & sour finish of medium duration. Interesting complex brew.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Recommended this one to a lighter weight in my group when I visited the Country Boy brewery with some friends. They enjoyed it quite a bit and after exhausting nearly every combination of flight they had I finally decided Iíd try it too, despite having been warned that this one is "lemony."
Despite my initial reluctance, I found myself really enjoying this beer. I donít like the term "Drinkable" but it really rings true here. Pours cloudy light yellow with a white head and smells of tart lemons. Its tart, tangy, yeasty, and overall very pleasant and non-offensive. I was shocked, and while Iím not opposed to fruit beer (actually I quite like them) I was expecting to hate this one. Give it a try for yourself, Iím glad I did.

On tap at East Nashville Beer Festival 2014. Cloudy pale yellow color. Fairly tasteless actually. There is a light lemon flavor, but that is all Iím really getting. Iím happy to see a brewery offering beers on the lower-alcohol spectrum, but it needs a bit more flavor than this.
