Draft at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Notes of straw, dough, salt, lemon, wheat, coriander, and grass - not unlike a lemon-lime Gatorade. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, slightly salty, barely tart mouthfeel. Not bad. Very easy drinking.

Perfectly ghost-like pale white yellow boo-dy. Salt taffy nose. Body is refreshing, wheaty and slightly salty with a mild, chalky finish. Overall, a nice gose.

Golden with a thin head. Flavor is Light lemon, wheat, and citrus with a very light saltiness. (this is barely a gose)... but closer to a german gose than an american gose. In general its a very nice beer. And at the ABV, mouthfeel is amazing. Probably one of the best Gose I’ve had.

Draft - Sweet lemon and a bit of salt. Hazy light yellow with a. Decent white head. Sweet light lemon and salt. Ver light, almost a bit too light in flavor. Refreshing just a bit plain.

Supporting Kentucky products and nothing more. I don’t care for the style but I have been surprised before: see Abraxxxas. Salty kolsch nonsense. Refreshing but still not my style. Slight hefe character.

On tap in Louisville (KY)
Settling down at the Holy Grale I began my session with a pint of this. Much more a fruity sour than a gose it lacks the saltiness of other examples. That established if you enjoy good local drafts then get your own glass. There are worse sours out there.

Aroma / Appearance - A golden semitransparent base harbors most of the light that slowly filters through. Light lemon, wheat, and citrus are offset by the ghost of saltiness. The profile is more lemon wheat beer than gose.

Flavor / Palate - Light lemons and peach give this a fruity vibe. The sourness is tame by comparison to an average gose or berliner weiss. It does deserve some credit for being refreshing even if it does not stay true to style. If that is want you are looking for seek elsewhere. Otherwise a small sample could turn you on to a nice draft from the Midwest.
