Backlogged rating: Hazy golden hue and not much head but was told it was just kegged prior to leaving KY. Twangy acidic and herbal nose with some flowery and earthy tones. Great taste as the soured mash cuts through the spices and flowers. Very good and I would have loved this properly carbonated.

draft poured a cloudy orange/yellowish color with white head. mild saison aroma. you do get some clove and lots of what I say is orange zest. the flavor is a good mix of clove spice and orange with that saison/Belgian yeast strains that make this light and drinkable on a hot day.

Aroma: Moderate cheesecloth, clove, rosemary. Appearance: Translucent gold with no head. Flavor: Matches the nose with some herbal hop presence as well. Palate: Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, long finish. Overall: Good shot at the Saison style.

Draught at brewery. Tangy and slightly sweet in taste. Cloudy body. Slight orange. Bit of yeasty in aroma and taste.
