Bottle. Pours clear, light yellow with minimal white head. Aroma is Apple, pear, and light malt. Flavor is apples and pears. Light body and warmth with medium carbonation.

750mL thanks to ryan. Pours a clear, brilliant golden with a short lived fizz head. Awesome sweet apple nose with no flaws- correct amount of residual sugar. Taste is dominated by tangy green apples with red apple sweetness to balance. Thicker palate with residual sugar. Lower carbonation allows effervescence to not detract. Very refreshing, quenching, flawless.

Bottle. Very pale yellow. Aroma of red apple skins and applie pie filling. Taste is very sweet fruit. Nice.

transparent light gold, standard cider. Nose is very delicate apple and honey, lightly singing heat. Flavor soft apple, honey, very soft delicate carbonation, crusty pie qualities, nice tart sweetness balance.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2012 Very nice fresh and sweet apple juice nose. Taste is light to moderately sweet with lots of apple and pear juice. Very nice.
