Aug 14, 2007 Sample at the orchard: Poured a pale yellow cider with lots of small bubble. Aroma of very tart apple with no sweetness. Taste is very dry with some tart apple and a very bubbly texture. I understand what they are trying to do but the champagne yeast and the variety of apple makes it too dry for me to appreciate and definitely too bubbly for my own taste buds.
