3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 piscator34 (1644) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 18, 2010
Bottled sample via my new neighbours. Very pale yellow in colour with a hint of green, and effervescent carbonation. Sweet apple aroma with a bit of a leafy element in the background. More sweetish apple in the mouth, along with notes of blueberry and almond. The acidity level is pretty good, and it’s very light bodied. Uncomplicated, but I’ve had much worse.

1L plastic bottle direct from the source. Light sweet apple aroma. Very light colour in the glass. Very light tasting as well, watery, but a nice mild sweet apple taste, certainly not dry. Not too full of flavour, but well crafted and quite quaffable.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 ciderguy (98) - Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 21, 2003
This cider very much reminded me of a flat Normandy cider. Its color was quite pale, presentation was disappointing in that it came in a plastic 1 liter bottle. Not over sweet, but still a little bitey relative to the aftertaste. Not a bad cider, but not their best.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 jerc (5591) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 29, 2005
Diluted pale yellow Muted aroma, mild fruity apples with a slight hint of alcohol. Simplistic flavour, nondescript apples, very restrained alcohol. Average palate. Pleasantly quaffable, but lacklustre.<P>

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2003 Tasted in Toronto from the LCBO. Clear, yellow no head (it IS a cider) very little carbonation. Lightly sweet flavour of apples, but nothing terribly substantial. Ok though, as ciders go.

1 L plastic bottle from the cidery shared with HogTownHarry, blankboy, tupalev & jerc - courtesy of tupalev. Very pale yellow colour. Aroma is very light, with just a hint of sweet apple. Flavour is very mild as well, but what is there is pleasant and fresh tasting. A pleasant quencher, but not very unique.

LCBO purchase- Pours very pale and transparent yellow. Aroma is faint granny smith apples (not sure if that is what is used here) perfumey, candy. Off dry, sweet apple flavours, with some cotton candy. Finishes quick, spritzy, with no length. The description says....."Some compare it to a dry champagne....." . I bet some compare it to a prety average cider too.

Plastic bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of tupalev. I’ve no idea how to rate a cider but I will do my best. Here goes: Pours a clear slighlty sparkling light yellow -- too light in my opinion. Aroma’s just O.K. -- it’s a tad too vinegary and needs more apple. The flavour’s a bit bland and watery. I’ve had much better.
